Gardener Training Program
DeepSeeded Community Farm offers a structured fifteen-week internship comprised of 7 hours of in-field training and one hour of lecture/discussion each week. You lend your hands to keep our farm going, and we take time to pass on our knowledge and experience. As a bonus, you'll receive ample veggies and a copy of Eddie's book, "The Humboldt Kitchen Gardener". No experience necessary; expect to get dirty!
We are offering two sessions in 2010:
Session 1: April 5th through July 15th
Session 2: July 19th through October 28th
The weekly schedule is as follows:
Wednesdays from 8:30am-Noon in the field & Noon-1pm for lecture/discussion.
Plus one shift each week from the list below:
Mornings (8:30am - 12pm): Mondays
Afternoons (1:30pm - 5pm): Mon, Wed, or Thurs
